"Grabbed a Tea here this Morning, very pleasant young lady served me, the cakes and Breakfast looked good and I would have indulged had I not been off to Bournemouth for Breakie and a day out while on Holiday in Weymouth."

"Perfect Baps by the Beach! On Thursday 11th of September 2025 we embarked on a mission to find the perfect Breakfast Bap by the sea. We then discovered the 'Saltwater Shack' which was small, personal and perfectly located for our tasting session. We order the advertised Breakfast Bap and were so instantly impressed by the size and the presentation, we felt completely compelled to take a picture. Aside from the amazing taste of the Jurassic sausages, the Bacon was crisped to perfection. Thank you to the staff, for providing us with the 'Perfect Baps by the beach!'"

"After our walk along the promenade we stopped for a coffee and some Dorset Apple cake before our journey home. Staff were lovely and helpful. We were going to just buy some takeaway Dorset Apple cake for our journey home and the server told me or was nicer warm. On hearing we were going to eat it on the journey home (4hrs) she offered to warm it up. Whilst waiting for this the view of the sea was too tempting to miss so we ordered a Mocha and Elderflower presse. The cake didn't make it to the car as we ate it whilst drinking and enjoying the beautiful beach view. One of the server's approached us with another hot Mocha and apologised as she had inadvertently made our first Mocha a hot chocolate (which was lovely). She kindly left both with us and no extra charge. The cake was delicious, moist and very light (we also bought the last two slices to actually take home). The Mocha as md hot chocolate were also delicious. Great service and good quality cake and drinks, definitely recommend."

"I absolutely love this little gem by the sea. The food is amazing, freshly cooked and always served with such warmth. The staff are amazing, so happy and friendly, even when closed they have made a lovely hot drink while they finish up cleaning etc...There is a wonderful vibe here in the summer but us locals appreciate them all year round...Well done guys, continue smashing it and being genuinely wonderful"

"Amazing little place, all the staff I've spoken to were friendly, helpful and amazing, we had the "shack smash" burger for £6.50, and it was amazing for that price, and the teas and coffees we have had have always been good. Lovely seating area out the back overlooking the beach, but the location is so lovely that you don't have to walk for to find somewhere nice to sit and eat. Definitely recommended if you are in the area!"

"Coffee smells good food taste great. This is a small. Cabin on the beach taken over by this young family. Located on the esplanade serving great coffee. No interior space but great patio terrace area, plenty of seating. It is quite exposed but on a sunny day.... Absolute fantastic coffee on the beach and perhaps the craoissant They also do light snacks."
